Website enquiries
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email, company or website, the AI tools you use and details about the workflow you want to improve. We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry.
Implementation data
If we work together, the exact sources, accounts and permissions are agreed before access is provided. We only connect information authorised for the implementation and use it to configure, test and support the agreed workflow.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, email, storage, analytics and AI processing. We do not sell personal information. Provider access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep enquiry information while it remains useful for responding or maintaining our business records. Client implementation data follows the retention terms agreed for that engagement. You can request access, correction or deletion.
